- Lead an interdisciplinary team of experts in asphalt milling and recycling
- Manage project planning, including milestones, time, resources, and costs
- Request and allocate resources and budgets with brand R&D managers
- Report to committees, including the steering committee and technical project reviews
- Coordinate with product managers of other production systems to prevent goal conflicts
- Conduct global market analyses on recycling rates and material availability
- Identify customer needs and derive potential opportunities
- Document project results and create a reference guide for best practices
- Establish an expert network from university and industry contacts
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and representatives of the recycling management system
