- Prioritize intake for Power Apps and Power Automate demands.
- Manage the delivery model for Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Connect SHM units with M365 governance and architecture.
- Integrate citizen development and literacy functions.
- Build the enterprise Power Apps and Power Automate roadmap.
- Manage the enterprise Power Apps and Power Automate roadmap.
- Align the roadmap with delivery needs.
- Identify modernization and automation opportunities in SHM units.
- Align with the M365 roadmap and transformation goals.
- Adhere to architecture standards.
- Collaborate with M365 Operations and Governance.
- Partner with Compliance and Security teams.
- Apply environment, connector, and DLP policies consistently.
- Apply ALM and lifecycle policies consistently.
- Partner with M365 Solution and Power Platform Architects.
- Ensure platform readiness and Dataverse strategy.
- Establish scalable design standards.
- Classify demands into citizen development, fusion team, or professional development.
- Ensure consistent delivery patterns and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Delivery Liaisons from SHM units.
- Understand automation needs, process digitization, and recurring challenges.
- Develop enterprise tools and libraries for Teva's Front Door.
- Consolidate SHM demand.
- Classify requests into citizen development, fusion team, or central build.
- Assess demands for architecture compliance.
- Evaluate environment fit and governance alignment.
- Partner with the Personal Productivity and Democratization Team.
- Ensure high-quality templates, UX patterns, and onboarding support.
- Support makers and SHM teams.
- Collaborate with AI and DDAI Literacy roles.
- Train users on Power Platform capabilities.
- Enable users to maximize Power Platform value.
- Support the growth of the maker community.
- Promote reuse patterns and standardization.
- Define and track KPIs for solution usage.
- Monitor automation hours saved.
- Track legacy process reduction.
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable ROI.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise guardrails.
