- Strong understanding of financial processes and payment compliance topics
- Ability to drive technical discussions with architects, developers, and risk/compliance stakeholders
- Experience in Agile development environment with complex backend systems
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate user behavior into payment product decisions
- Basic project and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred background in iGaming, sports betting, or high-scale, high-risk, real-time transaction environments
Aufgaben
- Manage payment product and feature lifecycle
- Optimize payment product performance
- Define Epics and User Stories
- Guide fast-paced Agile development teams
- Drive strategic development of Tipico's payment platform
- Integrate new payment methods and PSPs
- Develop payment orchestration capabilities
- Implement payment routing, retries, and failover
- Implement smart provider selection
- Develop standardized, scalable payment APIs
- Develop standardized, scalable backend services
- Own customer payment journeys with the team
- Monitor and improve key KPIs and conversion rates
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, business, and compliance teams
- Ensure accurate requirements, prioritization, and regulatory alignment
- Partner with other Product Managers
- Coordinate payment roadmap delivery across the organization
- Specify and monitor non-functional requirements
- Monitor reliability, latency, and fraud-related KPIs
- Monitor transaction-success performance
- Conduct UAT and sign off
- Ensure quality, compliance, and operational readiness
