- Own initial support user journey
- Create empathetic self-service experiences
- Drive key squad KPIs
- Improve Contact Rate, Self-Service Rate, Deflection Rate, and CSAT
- Prioritize roadmap for user experience
- Maintain system reliability
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority
