- Ensure products and features progress from requirements through launch

- Maintain product data integrity
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams
- Ensure products launch on time and to a high standard
- Own end-to-end feature delivery
- Define requirements and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate engineering handovers
- Validate feature delivery
- Support successful commercial launches
- Manage non-standard sales opportunities
- Assess feasibility of sales opportunities
- Make configuration decisions
- Document exceptions for sales opportunities
- Ensure traceability from customer requests to delivered capability
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to remove blockers
- Maintain an accurate and prioritized Jira backlog
- Respond to product inquiries from Sales
- Prepare products for launch through documentation, training, and pricing
- Provide sales enablement
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation
- Communicate complex technical architectures to stakeholders
- Represent the product in customer-facing activities
