Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• •Over 5 years of product management and engineering experience
• •Strong knowledge of land defence powertrain solutions
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Excellent command of French
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project
• •Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
• •Enthusiastic and open personality
• •Excellent communication and adaptability skills
• •Leadership and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

• •Manage assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle
• •Initiate measures to achieve business unit targets
• •Coordinate product lifecycles with key stakeholders
• •Define product specifications based on roadmaps and trends
• •Maintain direct customer contact to consolidate insights
• •Execute market activities and pricing strategies
• •Manage cost reduction programs and profitability
• •Lead new product integrations with Project Management
• •Collaborate with Marketing on launch materials
• •Translate innovation roadmaps into profitable value propositions
• •Oversee regional product coverage and harmonize needs
• •Define product strategies with Technical Sales and R&D
• •Manage the development of the engine configurator
