- Own the end-to-end delivery of transactional B2C customer communication
- Define and scale a robust communication platform with IT
- Establish governance, approval criteria, and quality gates for communication
- Ensure correct recipient targeting and testing readiness
- Execute compliant send-out of communications
- Set and maintain lifecycle-based content and brand standards
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Commercial, IT, and Operations
