- Create presentations and decision memos
- Develop business cases for C-level executives
- Analyze commercial real estate and PropTech markets
- Monitor competitors and identify potential partners
- Support the Co-Director with roadmap decisions
- Analyze functional platform requirements
- Coordinate between internal teams and banking clients
- Facilitate remote alignment and client meetings
- Align product development with business goals
- Identify and track key success metrics
- Manage the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales
- Drive cross-functional product planning processes
- Provide product and market insights to stakeholders
- Handle customer feedback and product issues
- Propose strategy changes based on market shifts
- Conduct user interviews and ideation workshops
