- 8+ years of hands-on expertise in DER integration or SaaS/IoT energy management
- Expertise in product management
- Leadership in cross-functional team settings
- Experience running OEM partnership programs in Europe and Asia
- Experience working with OEMs and a network in that space
- Comfortable leading hybrid and cross-functional teams
- Experience with budget and P&L responsibilities
- Experience launching cloud-to-cloud integrations from concept to production
- Excellent English and stakeholder management skills; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of connectivity products
- Conduct initial discovery and gather requirements
- Define and champion product strategy and roadmap
- Identify and understand customer use cases
- Derive required measures for product success
- Lead and develop a team of 2-3 product professionals
- Provide personalized coaching and mentorship
- Establish a clear vision for product connectivity
- Hold the team accountable for delivering value
- Collaborate with a 20-person cross-functional team
- Communicate transparent goals and metrics
- Collaborate with the growth team to certify new OEM partners
- Deliver key product integrations
- Manage the budget for connectivity initiatives
- Drive efficient resource allocation
- Define and track success metrics
- Use data to inform roadmap decisions
