In this role, you will take charge of developing and scaling the AI Apply product, working directly with customers to deliver impactful features quickly. Your days will be dynamic, filled with problem-solving and rapid releases that enhance the user experience.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of software development experience
• •Expertise in designing B2B Software applications
• •Proficiency or capacity to learn Node.js, React, Postgres, Prisma, TypeScript
• •Hands-on experience with LLMs and context engineering in production use cases
• •Familiarity with major LLM providers and their APIs
• •Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks
• •Enthusiastic and collaborative work attitude
• •Previous founding experience is a plus
• •Ability to thrive with autonomy and project management
• •Strong engineering fundamentals and efficient coding
• •Dislike of meetings and focus on productivity

• •Architect the AI Apply product
• •Collaborate closely with customers
• •Ship high-impact features end-to-end
• •Utilize LLMs for browser automation
• •Parse and apply to job pages at scale
• •Validate and (de)-validate internal MCP for efficient integrations
• •Build features based on customer requests
• •Release updates frequently, often over 20 times a day
• •Own work from idea to production and beyond
• •Ensure features run reliably in production
• •Monitor and iterate on features post-launch
• •Follow up on issues when they arise
