As a Product Designer, you will craft intuitive workflows and user interfaces that simplify complex data. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating designs through research, and continuously refining your work based on feedback.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Information Design, Communication Design, Engineering, Psychology, or related field
• •2+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar
• •Understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and user research methods
• •Experience applying usability principles and techniques through product development stages
• •Ability to translate complex data and workflows into clear designs
• •Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Design Systems
• •Strong empathy for users and understanding of user-centered design principles
• •Ability to advocate for user-centered design within teams
• •Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards
• •Natural curiosity to learn new skills and explore complex problems
• •Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• •A compelling portfolio showcasing abilities
• •Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or data-intensive products
• •Industry knowledge related to Process Mining or Business Process Management
• •Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and emerging design trends
