Procurement Support Analyst(m/w/x)
Managing commodity procurement contracts in trading systems, synchronizing data between ERP and trading platforms. Experience in commodity procurement and interpreting commercial terms required. Daily interface issue resolution, 5-person team.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent
- Strong communication skills across cross functional teams
- Experience in procurement, trading operations, supply chain, or contract administration
- Ability to interpret commercial terms, pricing formulas, and procurement documentation
- Experience in commodity procurement (e.g., cocoa, oils, ingredients, agricultural inputs)
- Understanding of contract to pay processes (PO creation, GR posting, invoice matching)
- Familiarity with system interfaces, IDocs, or master data
- Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot data or process issues
- Accuracy and detail orientation
- Process discipline
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Cross functional collaboration

- Ability to work in fast paced, global environments
Aufgaben
- Create and maintain procurement contracts in trading systems
- Enter and validate contract data including pricing and terms
- Perform quality checks on contract data fields
- Synchronize contract data between trading and ERP systems
- Monitor and resolve contract interface issues
- Identify and escalate integration gaps
- Support contract-related queries and troubleshooting
- Maintain linkage between contracts and transactional documents
- Assist in contract amendments and renewals
- Ensure contract terms align with internal policies
- Maintain contract version and approval documentation
- Identify and propose process improvements
- Support implementation of new system features
- Develop SOPs and training materials
- Partner with Finance, Materials Management, and IT teams
- Participate in testing cycles for system enhancements
- Provide timely updates on contract status and issues
