• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Advice on high technical specifications
• Management of commercial contract aspects

• Advise on cost-efficient procurement strategies
• Support quality-focused procurement identification
• Research and qualify potential suppliers
• Prepare international price enquiries and market surveys
• Draft invitations to tender following Procurement Rules
• Analyse offers and prepare adjudication proposals
• Submit adjudication proposals to management
• Prepare and negotiate numerous orders and contracts
• Follow up on active orders and contracts
• Modernize and optimize procurement techniques and tools
• Maintain diverse internal and external relationships
• Represent the organization at global business events
