Aufgaben
- Lead all procurement activities at Upvest
- Manage full lifecycle for Indirect Spend (SaaS, IT, Services)
- Provide strategic and administrative support for Direct Spend (Trading, Custody, Market Data)
- Administer the company’s procurement tool
- Create internal work instructions for the procurement tool
- Train stakeholders to use the procurement tool effectively
- Build and enhance procurement policies and processes
- Implement a risk-tiered decision tree for contract reviews
- Create a fast-track review path for expanded use cases of approved tools
- Develop standardized business case templates
- Ensure procurement processes are transparent, audit-ready, and efficient
- Manage contract expirations and notice periods
- Partner with internal business owners for informed renewal decisions
- Ensure compliance with MaRisk/DORA/NIS2/KRITIS regulations
- Collaborate with 2nd-line Outsourcing Management
- Challenge and negotiate favorable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for cloud infrastructure
- Align procurement activities with company budgets and financial reporting
