- Negotiate contracts with suppliers based on Swiss law
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contracts
- Participate in project teams and collaborate with production and engineering
- Ensure on-time delivery of production equipment and prevent supply bottlenecks
- Monitor and improve supplier performance and procurement processes
- Prepare reports and analyses to aid decision-making
- Advise departments on commercial matters
- Drive continuous improvement in the procurement department
- Consolidate and optimize the supplier portfolio
