- Fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Integrate ESG principles into procurement framework
- Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing in supply chain
- Collaborate with internal functions and external partners
- Lead sustainability initiatives within Procurement
- Support ESG enablement for procurement teams and suppliers
- Improve processes for responsible supplier partnerships
- Establish and maintain procurement framework
- Translate regulatory and stakeholder expectations into standards
- Ensure compliance with key regulations
- Identify and address compliance gaps
- Implement due diligence, reporting, and training measures
- Serve as central ESG contact in Procurement
- Ensure consistent ESG standards
- Reduce compliance risks
- Balance sustainability, innovation, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
- Develop and deliver ESG training programs
- Monitor and report ESG performance
- Use tools like Integrity Next and EcoVadis for data-driven decisions
- Partner with business units and leadership
- Align procurement excellence with corporate ESG objectives
- Secure stakeholder buy-in
