Anforderungen
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years procurement, sourcing, or category management experience in similar multinational environment
- Cost, budget, and business case analysis ability
- Strategic mindset and strong decision-making capabilities
- Effective negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills and management of internal/external parties
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German language is an asset
Aufgaben
- Lead procurement strategy for selected categories across countries
- Act as key link between Global Procurement, business stakeholders, and suppliers
- Manage procurement activities for the GSC Category within your cluster
- Lead and support supplier bidding processes with business partners
- Act as category liaison for GSC and Indirect Procurement
- Participate in Global strategy development and roll-out strategies
- Define Cluster-specific initiatives and ensure stakeholder collaboration
- Lead dedicated Category team, overseeing work allocation and training
- Ensure achievement of procurement targets and KPIs
- Identify and manage regional/local supplier pool
- Ensure business centricity
- Participate in financial planning and deliver benefits
- Share Category intelligence, identify trends and opportunities
- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure Regional/Cluster alignment and compliance with strategies
