In this role, you will support drug product project teams by applying engineering principles to scale up pharmaceutical processes, develop digital twin platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and regulatory compliance.

Anforderungen

• •Experience in modeling and scaling pharmaceutical processes
• •Higher education at least Master's level in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field
• •Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• •Experience in designing and scaling pharmaceutical processes
• •Proficiency in process engineering/modeling in chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• •Experience using gPROMS/gWAP or Dynochem
• •Experience building models using Python or MATLAB or another coding language
• •Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and equipment
• •Expertise in process design and process optimization
• •Drive to learn and master new technologies
• •Strong conceptual thinking skills
• •Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• •Excellent command of written and spoken English
• •Proficiency in German considered a plus

Aufgaben

• •Provide process engineering input for scale-up and scale-down of drug product processes
• •Establish and maintain user-friendly digital twin platforms
• •Integrate engineering considerations into process design from the start
• •Develop and expand internal scale-up/scale-down modeling platforms
• •Collaborate with pharmacists, data scientists, and PAT experts
• •Contribute engineering expertise to regulatory filings and design spaces
• •Assess technological advancements in the market and implement improvements
• •Mentor and guide project teams in process modeling
