Aufgaben
- Ensure safe release of life-saving medicines
- Test drug products using visual inspection systems
- Support project team with scientific and statistical knowledge
- Collaborate across Drug Product Services and existing facilities
- Assist Head of Visual Inspection in achieving project goals
- Manage qualification, validation, and lifecycle of VI equipment
- Execute technical improvements and troubleshoot processes
- Provide shopfloor support to visual inspection operators
- Ensure compliance with batch instructions and quality requirements
- Lead investigations into process deviations and complaints
- Analyze data to identify root causes of failures
- Assign and execute corrective actions and changes in Trackwise
- Maintain processes at inspection readiness for audits
- Support internal and external audits
- Train visual inspection team on new processes and products
