- Experience and knowledge of process engineering, definition & design, scale-up, plant establishment, manufacturing support
- Teamworking in multi-functional groups
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent (Master)
- Commissioning of new or modified chemical processes
- Business acumen related to Supply Chain environment
- Work in multi-disciplinary environment
- Leading role in defining, designing, and conducting development plans
Aufgaben
- Develop and scale up chemical processes
- Implement processes for new intermediates or active ingredients
- Ensure process safety and compliance with HSE rules
- Support production to meet supply chain and site needs
- Troubleshoot process issues
- Improve chemical processes for robustness and sustainability
- Define and agree development work with stakeholders
- Plan and follow laboratory development work
- Conduct scale-up and support full-scale plant trials
- Test new and improved manufacturing processes
- Participate in commissioning new or modified plants
- Ensure design intent is met during start-up
- Provide proactive technical support to production
- Arrange support work to solve process problems
- Understand supply chain requirements
- Lead technology initiatives as required
- Provide process engineering expertise
- Stay updated on new technologies and innovations
- Supply technical information for risk assessments
- Collaborate with company experts on process hazards
