Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or Master's Degree
- Hands-on experience in PVD metal deposition and PECVD dielectric processing
- Experience in data analysis and problem-solving tools
- Proficiency in presenting data and results

- Fluent in English and German
- Ability to work in Clean-Room environment

Aufgaben
- Develop and fine-tune processes to boost stability, tool availability, and production efficiency
- Utilize advanced techniques like statistical analysis and fault detection/classification to maintain robust process control
- Address out-of-spec lots, release processes, and solve production challenges swiftly
- Lead or support projects aimed at improving fab capacity, enhancing process capability (Cpk/Ppk), boosting yields, and reducing costs
- Coordinate detailed qualification reports and ensure seamless production workflows
- Spearhead new equipment installation projects, including defining requirements, factory acceptance tests, process qualification, and tool release
- Maintain and elevate quality standards across all production processes
- Actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement
