In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining the Process Control System, ensuring it meets regulatory standards while providing technical support throughout its lifecycle. Your work will be crucial in driving system reliability and operational excellence.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 5 years of project execution for complex computerized systems
• •Proven experience with Siemens PCS7
• •Experience in Automation, Hardware design, Software Design, PLC technology
• •Knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR part11 and validation
• •Proven project execution skills including document development and software implementation
• •Knowledge of active directory, DNS, IP networks and virtualization
• •Knowledge and understanding of ISA 95 and ISA 88 standards
• •Experience in cGxP qualification
• •Experience in support of multi-site projects
• •Fluency in written and spoken English; German proficiency is an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Drive architecture setup and development of the Process Control System (PCS)
• •Standardize PCS implementations
• •Design system architecture for PCS solutions
• •Set up hardware and software for PCS
• •Commission and start up PCS solutions
• •Validate software and hardware components
• •Ensure PCS compliance with site standards and regulatory requirements
• •Maintain and support PCS functionality and availability
• •Resolve issues to ensure business continuity
• •Manage controlled changes to the PCS
• •Provide ongoing technical expertise for PCS throughout its lifecycle
