- Proven track record in deploying AI-supported software solutions such as SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or other modern MEIO platforms
- Demonstrated success in similar roles within FMCG or Pharma industries
- Experience in working on global business transformation projects with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of multi-echelon inventory optimization principles, demand forecasting, and supply planning
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, AI technologies, and software integration within supply chain systems
- Strong understanding of IT architecture and process standardization in complex, global environment
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management on inventory optimization strategies
- Develop advanced planning solutions for service levels and cost efficiency
- Integrate AI-supported software for inventory planning and forecasting
- Support deployment of state-of-the-art MEIO solutions
- Work with IT and cross-functional teams for seamless system integration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system performance
- Define processes and IT architecture for future business transformation
- Standardize processes with global teams for consistent application
- Provide expertise in developing scalable and agile solutions
- Drive supply chain innovation and transformation initiatives globally
- Guide regional teams to align with global best practices
- Engage stakeholders to communicate progress and strategic recommendations
- Develop and monitor KPIs for inventory optimization strategies
- Create reports and dashboards for senior management on performance trends
- Implement data-driven insights to refine planning processes
