• Diploma in finance, economics, or CFC
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Swiss residency or willingness to relocate

Aufgaben

• Execute transactions for internal and external private asset funds
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and liquidations
• Ensure accurate asset valuation and performance calculation
• Analyze and book corporate actions based on fund instructions
• Verify and control fund positions before booking operations
• Update Net Asset Values and positions upon receiving statements
• Create and maintain Standing Settlement Instructions
• Execute accurate and timely payments
• Reconcile cash and securities balances regularly
• Announce and invoice orders for IST and Avadis funds
• Facilitate order announcements for Private Equity funds
• Create and track remaining financial commitments
• Book Private Equity transactions for BPO clients
