- PhD or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position, wafer fab and assembly processes preferred
- Knowledge in semiconductor physics and applications, preferably SiC
- Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g. AEC-Q101, AQG 324)
- Familiar with measurement methods, equipment, and device testing
- Familiar with standard software tools (e.g. Office) and problem solving techniques
- High quality mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Strong know how in statistical data analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good team player and willingness to travel
- Assertiveness and demonstrated influencing skills
- Ability to create a trusted network within the organization
- Experience in resolving conflicts and disagreements
- Open mindset, welcoming changes and viewing problems as opportunities
Aufgaben
- Drive quality management strategies for SiC products
- Design qualification approaches for next-generation SiC products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout product development
- Represent Quality Management within the development team
- Correlate SiC failure mechanisms with reliability measures
- Define qualification requirements for SiC product developments
- Implement quality procedures and standards (Nexperia, JEDEC, AEC, customer-specific)
- Create and verify final test specifications
- Promote quality as a value to internal and external stakeholders
- Support customer requests and complaint handling
- Identify and address quality gaps in the product creation process
- Support qualification of manufacturing processes
- Document and handle data in analysis tools
- Evaluate data for reliability, yield, FMEA, and customer requests
- Identify root causes for yield loss and production issues
- Implement containment and corrective actions
- Create initial input for PCNs
- Review and issue PCNs
- Support follow-up activities for PCNs
