- Ability to explain complex AI topics clearly
- High motivation and ownership mentality
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Design and build agentic GenAI systems using modern frameworks
- Translate product needs into scalable AI solutions
- Deliver production-ready implementations
- Develop and maintain knowledge integration pipelines
- Implement RAG architectures and custom model fine-tuning
- Utilize vector search and grounding methods for context
- Define evaluation strategies and build ground-truth datasets
- Create automated test and monitoring setups
- Ensure stable long-term model performance
- Proactively detect issues like drift or hallucination
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams
- Integrate AI components into platforms and workflows
- Design clean APIs and robust pipelines
- Establish scalable deployment patterns
- Mentor peers on GenAI topics and best practices
- Guide solution architecture and coding standards
- Drive observability and documentation efforts
- Experiment with new tools, models, and architectures
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Build prototypes for production-ready solutions
