- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Architecture, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of computer architectures and physical implementation
- Proven experience in processor design and implementation
- Knowledge of VLIW and ASIP design tools as a plus
- Solid understanding of SoC interconnects, memories, and compilers
- Proficiency in Assembly, C, Python, and hardware description languages
- Experience in Linux environment and open-source integration
- Proficiency with Git and build flows
- Excellent intercultural communication and professional leadership
- Ability to work in multicultural cross-functional teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English
