- Proficient quantitative, statistical, and programming skills
- Experience in data science and analysis
- Experience developing analytical and predictive models
- 8+ years experience in Data Science or equivalent
- Experience in advanced ML, NLP, deep learning and Generative AI
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence technical conversations
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning services
- Experience with agile development methodologies, data or ML engineering (advantageous)
- Aviation industry experience (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Data Governance and Engineering teams
- Create and deploy machine learning models
- Address complex business challenges with algorithms
- Design cross-divisional data science solutions
- Identify opportunities to drive business value
- Manage data science projects from conception to delivery
- Drive innovative cultural change through data insights
- Transform decision-making and value-creation processes
- Integrate machine learning solutions with existing systems
- Manage a portfolio of data science initiatives
- Set technical direction and raise standards
- Mentor data scientists at various seniority levels
- Oversee and coordinate external vendors
- Unblock complex technical initiatives
- Translate analytical concepts into business terms
- Present complex information to stakeholders and management
- Develop strategy for current and future AI solutions
- Lead strategic workstreams on the AI Enabling Board
- Participate in key data science communities
