- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices
- Demonstrable experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation
- Planning of activities during the project
- Experience of facilitating a design workshop
- Translating requirements into design
- Strong client-facing skills
- Ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation
- Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge
- Stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
- Strong track record of professional success
- Professional success preferably in Consulting Services
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver S/4HANA Finance transformation programs
- Specialize in S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance (CFIN)
- Implement Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)
- Integrate with other SAP modules (MM, EWM, SD, PP, etc.)
- Integrate with upstream and best-of-breed solutions (e.g., BlackLine, Trintech)
- Design and implement Finance Operating Models
- Outline future Finance roles and service delivery
- Design and deliver R2R best practice processes
- Manage R2R sub-processes (fixed assets, intercompany, profitability analysis, product costing, project accounting, period end close, consolidation)
- Lead pre-sales conversations for Finance transformation
- Shape client Finance transformation journey roadmaps
- Lead practice development activities supporting sales
- Participate in internal capability development
