- 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics architecture and business transformation
- Track record of inspiring customers, driving collaboration, delivering high-impact solutions
- Proven track record of delivering large scale data & analytics programs/projects in SAP environment
- Strong focus on customer success
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformations
- Skills in change management for digital adoption and measurable client value
- In-depth knowledge of SAP’s Data & AI portfolio (SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW)
- Knowledge of correlation with SAP Business AI, SAP RISE including Clean Core principles and SAP BTP
- Experience with third-party data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and hyperscaler ecosystems (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Microsoft Azure)
- Deep technical expertise in integration architectures across hybrid SAP and non-SAP environments
- Strong knowledge of Data Mesh and Data Fabric approaches
- Strong knowledge of Big Data and Data Lake technologies
- Strong knowledge of OpenSource technologies, including Apache ecosystem
- General knowledge about hybrid data & AI architectures
- Proven success in guiding impactful transformations and leading change management initiatives
- Strong networking skills within SAP and externally
- Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders (CIOs, CTOs)
- Strong ecosystem engagement across SAP Data and Analytics landscape (Development, Sales, Enterprise Architecture)
- Engagement with external partners, hyperscalers, third-party vendors for innovation, scaling, customer impact, feedback
- Cross-industry expertise with deep knowledge in at least one industry
- English language skills (required)
- German language skills (preferred)
- Experience integrating AI and emerging technologies (advantageous)
- S/4HANA and business transformation knowledge (advantageous)
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Architect) (advantageous)
- Recognition as a thought leader in enterprise architecture (advantageous)
- Expertise in advanced change management practices (advantageous)
- History of driving engagement and complex organizational change (advantageous)
