- Deep understanding of evaluation methodologies, benchmarking, model performance analysis, human-in-the-loop
- Hands-on technical skills for prototyping, experimenting, and shipping solutions
- Experience working on production systems, balancing speed, quality, scalability
- Proven technical leadership and influence, mentoring, cross-team initiatives
- Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
- Strong communication skills, influencing technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Broader impact evidence (published work, open-source, internal initiatives, industry influence) is a plus
- Familiarity with model routing, fine-tuning, or open-weight models
- Background in human-in-the-loop evaluation or annotation systems
- Contributions to public research, blogs, or open-source projects
