- Experience navigating cross-functional environments
- Prior exposure to AI-enabled processes, data-driven decision-making, or predictive analytics
Aufgaben
- Embed sell-out–anchored, AI-enabled steering model across Consumer Health
- Own, evolve, and scale Predictive Business Steering (PBS) process
- Ensure markets, supply, and finance act on one predictive, unbiased truth
- Align consumption signals with S&OP and financial forecasts
- Turn predictive insights into commercial impact
- Accelerate PBS adoption in markets
- Orchestrate senior stakeholders around the ONE NUMBER principle
- Influence market growth, service levels, and ROI of activations
- Advise country and cluster leadership on PBS roll-out
- Partner in cross-functional forums for strategy, demand, supply, and finance
- Move organization from internally biased plans to AI-powered predictive steering
- Ensure consistency of global PBS process
- Translate strategic themes into pragmatic process improvements
- Drive global alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, BI&A, and Tech
- Balance global standards with local needs and maturity levels
- Orchestrate stakeholders around one predictive truth
- Enable local champions and change agents
- Codify best practices for PBS
- Tailor approaches for markets at different maturity levels
- Institutionalize ONE NUMBER principle and valorization logic
- Embed forecasting and steering routines
- Provide expert support to local champions and change agents
- Build sustainable predictive steering capabilities
