- Ensure work meets quality and timeline requirements
- Document experimental data and laboratory activities thoroughly
- Assist in method optimization for process improvements
- Communicate findings and address challenges proactively
- Perform safety and literature searches
- Manage chemicals and solvents as needed
- Work collaboratively to ensure timely delivery of drug substances for projects
