In this role, you will dive into the world of neuroepigenetics, developing algorithms for multi-omics data integration while managing IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include analyzing genomic datasets, supporting users, and contributing to impactful research publications.

Anforderungen

• •Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
• •Experience in system administration
• •Experience with single-cell RNA sequencing and/or single-cell ATAC sequencing data analysis
• •Experience with bulk epigenomic data, such as WGBS, RRBS, ChIP-seq or CUT&Tag
• •High degree of self-motivation
• •Strong written and spoken English skills and good working knowledge of German

Aufgaben

• •Develop and maintain bioinformatics workflows for NGS data analysis
• •Conduct exploratory data analysis of large-scale genomic datasets
• •Design and execute independent research projects in data science and neuroepigenetics
• •Contribute to scientific publications and presentations
• •Provide IT support for scientific and non-scientific users
• •Maintain and plan IT infrastructure, including servers and storage solutions
