Anforderungen

  • Pharmareferentenprüfung nach § 72 AMG or scientific degree in medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or veterinary medicine
  • Knowledge of Austrian pharmaceutical and healthcare market
  • Proven sales, account management, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced product and therapy expertise
  • Excellent planning, management, and presentation abilities
  • Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focus, teamwork, and results-driven mindset
  • Outstanding selling and negotiation abilities
  • Confident, resilient, and flexible approach
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Category B driving license
  • High motivation, attention to detail, able to perform under pressure

Aufgaben

  • Represent AstraZeneca standards and values in external interactions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with account needs
  • Build and develop networks with physicians, patients, and diagnostics
  • Forge strategic partnerships and support key stakeholders
  • Conduct scientific discussions focused on customers and patients
  • Deliver specialist presentations as required
  • Engage in continuous development in science, sales, and systems
  • Collaborate with franchise leads, sales managers, and brand teams
  • Share market insights to enhance marketing and sales efforts
  • Mentor colleagues as appropriate
  • Complete monthly reports, including competitive analysis
  • Perform segmentation and targeting activities
  • Manage and take responsibility for budgets
