Aufgaben
- Ensure transparency and governance in global project portfolio
- Manage project and investment portfolio reporting
- Coordinate with project managers for high-quality data and documentation
- Monitor portfolio performance and escalate risks
- Review business cases and track project costs
- Maintain dashboards and reporting standards in PMO tools
- Support global project management community with training and communication
- Prepare executive portfolio reports and KPI dashboards
- Consolidate quarterly management presentations
