Aufgaben
- Ensure transparency and governance in global project portfolio
- Manage operational aspects of project and investment portfolio
- Maintain high-quality project data in Jira, Confluence, and other PMO systems
- Monitor portfolio performance and project health
- Identify and escalate risks to PMO Lead
- Review business cases and track project costs, benefits, and KPIs
- Maintain dashboards, reporting standards, and workflows in PMO tools
- Train and support global project management community
- Communicate PMO standards and best practices
- Prepare and consolidate executive portfolio reports
- Create KPI dashboards and quarterly management presentations
- Provide transparent insights for senior leadership and CFO
