Aufgaben
- Act as the central technical interface for technology platforms
- Maintain an end-to-end overview of cross-platform process flows
- Define and maintain reference flows and development lanes
- Support readiness reviews and establish clear release criteria
- Manage process change control and recipe versioning
- Ensure structured documentation of decisions and learnings
- Capture process know-how and clarify external sharing limits
- Maintain wafer genealogy and data traceability for a single source of truth
- Coordinate with the MicroFab team on run readiness and constraints
- Drive variability reduction and continuous improvement loops
- Perform root-cause analysis and handle process deviations
- Translate external requests into executable technical scopes
- Evaluate feasibility and risks for external capability requests
