Aufgaben
- Manage daily operations for physical security
- Ensure safety and security of SAP employees, buildings, and assets
- Engage with customers and manage knowledge
- Foster knowledge transfer across organizational boundaries
- Maintain professionalism in all activities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for SAP
- Provide physical security support to multiple SAP locations
- Maintain budgeting and spend overview for each site
- Conduct security risk assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement Building Security Operations Manual
- Manage electronic security systems and vendors
- Oversee access control, badging, visitor management, and security video
- Plan, design, and construct multiple security projects
- Assess and implement personnel protection programs
- Provide training and security awareness programs
- Conduct internal investigations as needed
- Oversee incident reporting and resolution
- Present physical security services when necessary
- Support SAP Health and Safety programs
- Ensure emergency responses are established
- Report on physical security strategy and metrics
- Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency responders
- Work as directed by manager
- Manage financial and operational efficiency programs
- Identify and apply key market information and trends
- Deliver multiple projects across the organization
- Manage relationships with senior management and service providers
- Drive operational excellence and quality assurance
- Serve as liaison to executive management
- Champion internal goals and manage KPIs
