Anforderungen

  • •Master degree in molecular medicine, biology, biochemistry or equivalent
  • •Hands-on research experience in cell biology, biochemistry and molecular biology
  • •Willingness to work with rodent models
  • •Motivation for biomedical research in cancer biology
  • •Enthusiasm to learn and implement novel technologies
  • •Motivation for lab work, omics data analysis and presentation
  • •Teamwork skills, responsibility and proactivity
  • •Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Valid proof of measles immunity or vaccination

  • •Dissect oncogenic signaling pathways in lymphoma models
  • •Conduct genome-scale CRISPR/Cas9 screens
  • •Perform functional proteomic experiments and posttranslational modification profiling
  • •Utilize cutting-edge imaging modalities like dSTORM and SIM
  • •Apply single molecule tracking and proximity ligation assays
  • •Study lymphoma biology using preclinical in vivo mouse models
  • •Plan, execute, and analyze lymphoma research experiments independently
  • •Apply standard molecular biology and biochemistry methods
  • •Manage tissue cultures, flow cytometry, and western blotting
