Aufgaben
- Shape digital transformation from development to implementation
- Advise and support internal stakeholders on value chain improvements
- Transfer existing organization to Digital Process Platform
- Derive measures like training and development initiatives
- Critically analyze existing business processes
- Support process owners in process and organizational development
- Contribute to project management methodology development
- Manage projects and work packages
- Prepare process analyses
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and process owners
- Derive concrete optimization measures
- Accompany implementation of optimization measures
- Support and steer organizational and process improvement initiatives
