As a People Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting HR processes, from managing employee data to ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the HR strategy and facilitate learning and development initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Academic degree in Human Resources or related fields, or equivalent vocational education
• •Prior work experience in an operational HR team
• •Excellent oral and written communication skills in native level German and very good English
• •Good organisational skills and time management

Aufgaben

• •Maintain and manage personnel data in the HR system and ERP system
• •Create and update employee records and timesheets
• •Ensure smooth implementation of monthly payroll and annual compensation reviews
• •Manage HR-related documentation and paperwork
• •Administer overseas employees in collaboration with German Chambers of Commerce
• •Facilitate onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees
• •Create and present statistics and analyses
• •Advise on contractual and labor law issues
• •Assist in organizing and delivering learning and development programs
• •Serve as a contact point for the works council
