Aufgaben
- Create scalable AI infrastructure.
- Drive AI adoption within People & Org.
- Experiment with Agentic AI and LLM frameworks.
- Automate manual bottlenecks in sourcing and performance cycles.
- Support teams in translating ideas into technical workflows.
- Build and maintain custom AI agents.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Claude, Gemini, LLMs.
- Streamline People processes for development plans and event planning.
- Optimize internal FAQ response systems.
- Train colleagues on prompt engineering.
- Train colleagues on new tool adoption.
- Ensure ethical and unbiased AI transformation.
- Integrate AI transformation into Lever ATS and HRIS.
