- Making informed decisions with data
- Ability to operate confidently in fast-moving environment
- Bringing structure and clarity to processes
- Experience working with integrated partners
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in French
- Fluency in an Eastern European language
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of 30 strategic partners
- Handle partner handover from Acquisition team
- Build and execute detailed account plans
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners
- Develop quarterly growth strategies
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Define growth KPIs
- Build business cases for measurable outcomes
- Lead commercial renewals and negotiations
- Align internally on renewal strategies
- Finalize agreements with partners
- Co-create joint go-to-market initiatives
- Define success metrics for campaigns
- Track performance against targets
- Collaborate with Partner Acquisition
- Work with Sales Engineering
- Coordinate with Sales Operations
- Engage with Product Business Lines
- Partner with Analytics team
- Collaborate with Legal team
- Unblock dependencies for partner success
