Paid Search Lead (Ad Asset Intelligence & Automation)(m/w/x)
Defining roadmap for Paid Search content strategy and advancing creative automation for ad asset superiority. 5-7 years performance marketing experience required. Hybrid working, annual personal growth budget.
Anforderungen
- Degree in economics, marketing, statistics, computer science, or similar quantitative discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, solid expertise in Paid Search, strategic initiatives at scale
- Track record of owning domain/roadmap, delivering measurable outcomes through cross-functional leadership
- Deep understanding of Google Ads creative systems (RSA architecture, auto-created ads, ad customizers, dynamic creative optimization, API integrations)
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify emerging trends in ad creative, automation, GenAI, translating into competitive strategies
- Strong critical thinking for evaluating creative control vs. automation efficiency, resolving conflicting priorities
- Expertise in defining experimentation frameworks and innovation governance
- Fluent in discussing key marketing KPIs and creative performance metrics
- Comfortable working with large datasets, analyzing creative performance patterns. SQL skills are a plus.
- Understanding of LLM-based creative generation and AI readiness in Paid Search optimization
- Ability to digest complex technical requirements (LLM prompting, fine-tuning, asset pipeline architecture, creative quality scoring) and translate into strategic direction
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- Create scalable processes for asset library management
- Implement creative quality control and brand safety governance
