  • Partner with regional managers and field employees
  • Apply innovative people practices to meet objectives
  • Build platforms for high-level employee performance
  • Drive the evolution of people practices
  • Foster a culture of belonging and high-performance
  • Serve as the primary P&C partner for DACH and Nordics
  • Contribute to EMEA and global P&C teams
  • Lead all aspects of the retail people business model
  • Conduct employee relations, investigations, and mediations
  • Develop people strategies to exceed business goals
  • Nurture relationships to build trust and influence
  • Coach managers on talent identification and succession planning
  • Advise on recognition, rewards, and performance management
  • Guide organizational design and workforce planning
  • Support learning, development, and terminations
  • Identify business gaps and partner on solutions
  • Analyze people data to recommend improvements
  • Champion and communicate personal-development tools
  • Manage the Performance Review and Talent Review processes
  • Facilitate the Employee Engagement Survey for store teams
  • Lead cross-functional projects to solve organizational pain points
  • Create innovative P&C solutions for business needs
  • Develop programs like Interim Roles and Stretch Assignments
