You will drive the company's global logistics by managing the full order lifecycle in SAP, from initial quotation to complex international shipping documentation and commission billing.

Anforderungen

• •Vocational training in commercial field, ideally export logistics or related
• •Experience in order and export logistics, preferably industrial global business
• •Understanding of international trade and documentary business
• •Proficiency in SAP SD, CRM, and Microsoft Excel
• •Fluency in German and English, additional languages advantageous
• •Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• •High level of accuracy and reliability
• •Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability

Aufgaben

• •Create quotations and customer orders in SAP
• •Follow commercial guidelines for pricing and terms
• •Send order confirmations to customers
• •Generate SAP deliveries and picking lists
• •Provide delivery labels to relevant departments
• •Maintain and update SAP customer master data
• •Monitor payments and release prepayment deliveries
• •Organize shipments and ensure timely invoicing
• •Handle Cash Against Documents and Letters of Credit
• •Submit compliant documentary transaction files to banks
• •Apply for bank guarantees per contractual terms
• •Process returns and post goods receipts
• •Coordinate shipments related to repairs
• •Manage commission splits and monthly billing
• •Archive order documents and invoice internal orders
