- Ability to prioritise and maintain oversight in fast-paced operational environments
- Willingness to travel and work offshore
- Solid MS Office proficiency
- Senvion turbine experience an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage offshore site operations
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance and operational activities
- Oversee and coordinate offshore contractors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and performance requirements
- Take corrective action as needed
- Drive robust HSE leadership on site
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Act as Designated Operator per DIN VDE 0105-100
- Coordinate multidisciplinary offshore activities and logistics
- Ensure clear interfaces between site teams, contractors, and asset management
- Manage daily site operations
- Oversee operational procedures and wind farm production
- Ensure operational readiness
- Plan and monitor site execution
- Develop and maintain site activity and contractor coordination plans
- Conduct audits and inspections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide accurate site reporting and governance
- Deliver timely updates on progress, risks, incidents, and performance metrics
- Maintain complete, structured, and compliant site documentation
- Establish KPIs
- Provide consolidated reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned
