- •RMC operational knowledge and direct business experience
- •Organization, self-motivation, communication, and project management skills
- •Analytic, digitalization, and data-driven management engagement skills
- •Understanding of operational, technical, commercial, and financial aspects
- •Pragmatic application of technical recommendations
- •Intercultural communication skills across all organizational levels
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
- •Strong spoken and written English skills

- •Maintain internal stakeholder relationships for effective change management
- •Support communication strategies to promote operational excellence
