Anforderungen

  • •10+ years of experience in clinical development, strategic planning, access, or medical affairs
  • •3+ years of leadership in matrix or direct people management
  • •Excellent understanding of clinical development strategies and medical affairs
  • •Broad knowledge of medical terminology and clinical development process
  • •Demonstrated success in shaping evidence strategies for drug development
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English
  • •Experience in global or affiliate medical management, access, or strategic planning
  • •International experience or experience operating across geographies and cultures
  • •Willingness to travel (estimated 10%)

  • •Provide strategic leadership to the Nucleus Team
  • •Shape the future of Roche’s Integrated Evidence Planning frameworks
  • •Lead a cross-functional team to facilitate open dialogue with stakeholders
  • •Monitor evidence generation trends to meet patient and stakeholder needs
  • •Combine people leadership with strategic expertise as a VACC leader
  • •Contribute to and shape the strategy of the Nucleus Team
  • •Represent the function in key cross-functional projects
  • •Lead recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning
  • •Set the vision for the evolution and implementation of Roche's planning frameworks
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the One Pharma Strategy
  • •Act as a strategic partner for teams working on evidence generation
  • •Align IEP frameworks and tools to enhance integrated evidence planning
  • •Embed the Integrated Evidence Planning concept into the wider planning ecosystem
  • •Provide strategic expertise as a primary contact for other departments
